Passionate about the ocean, I left the container ships of the merchant navy to reconnect with the sea and the elements. Trained at the French National Maritime Academy, I chose to turn toward teaching in order to share my passion for sailing.
After several years as a sailing instructor, I cast off for a solo Atlantic crossing aboard my own sailboat. Today, I’ve dropped anchor in Brittany and founded ROBSAIL.
I invite you aboard my catamaran for far more than just a sailing trip: a genuine moment of sharing and discovery. Through stories from the open sea and hands-on teaching, I’ll introduce you to the essentials of sailing while we explore the wild beauty of our coastline and the unique feeling of freedom that life under sail provides.
Ready to cast off? The wind is waiting for us.
To take you out to sea, I chose Ouvéa, a 2008 Edel Cat 28.
Why this boat? Because it’s a small catamaran with all the qualities of a much larger vessel. Thanks to its twin hulls, it offers reassuring stability — we sail almost perfectly level, which is ideal for those who are concerned about seasickness — while remaining light and responsive. It glides effortlessly with even the slightest breeze, making it perfect for exploring Crozon Peninsula.
On board, you’ll find a welcoming and secure space where everyone quickly feels at ease. It’s the perfect boat for learning without pressure, sharing moments around the cockpit table, or relaxing on the trampoline net between the hulls while admiring the passing scenery.
A human-sized boat for an authentic adventure.
